Moiré is an androgynous young changeling who turns 21 next week. With the Mask, they're very pale with piercing grey eyes and messy short-ish black hair. Other fae beings (other changelings, mostly), and probably also anyone who has a "true sight" type of ability, can see that they're actually staticky and partially transparent. Like an old TV, to the modern characters who would recognise one. Moiré has quite a thin Mask, prone to leaking when under strain. They've embraced their mien on at least an aesthetic level and accentuate it by wearing eye-watering combinations of monochromatic patterns, which when filtered through their take on local fashion kind of make them look like a mime.

She's blunt and straightforward and doesn't have much social finesse, although she excels at keeping her cool under pressure and maintaining a poker face.

She doesn't have a job so far and hasn't moved out of the Oak & Iron, but she's on the lookout for opportunities to use her 2D art and animation skills professionally, that being basically the only thing she was particularly good at in her own time and world that has a use at this tech level.
