Alex is a 60 year old man with a prosthetic right foot and a cane, and he walks with a limp. He's been showing his face around town, trying to get in good with local NPC bar/restaurant owners and other people who may have an ear to the ground. He's a spy, after all, cultivating assets is kind of his Thing. He's also known to hang out around Baker Ranch.

Alex is an Enforcer, so if your character is one or interacts with them, they probably at least know him in passing.
