Melanie actually crosses her arms and 'stares' the stranger down with a scowl that only gets more frustrated with every attempt to explain himself and does not get any less so when he cites the name Jonathan Sims. She actually scoffs and throws her head back in a way that's meant to get across an exaggerated eye roll.

"Oh, well! That's fine then!" she says in a tone that means it is very much not fine, then. "How the hell could you tell that?! You have some weird mind reading trick going on too or— what?"
