John the blacksmith, as recommended by River la Croix, supplied the many, many iron nails needed for this part of the job. Eddie also rented a second hammer from John in anticipation of getting help, so there's one for each himself and Angel.
"Don't worry about finishing all of it. Once the sun starts setting, we're done for the day. No sense in risking any gruesome end for a property upgrade, you know?"
