River has never used a vibrator. If they exist in her world they're the custom projects of wizards who have an idea and, sadly for others, limited means of mass-production. This is a kind of intensity and sensation she has never had in her life even if she'd been getting railed daily before dying and coming here.

Her scream of pleasure has an echo. River won't be paying attention to much of anything for a little while; her world has gone white and her conscious thoughts have checked out of the building.
