After the first frustrated scream, Harrow does not cry out. She doesn't give it the satisfaction. She has been attacked before, she has been in pain before. She barely feels it, now. This thing is not so scary as the Saint of Duty, or Cytherea's haunted and possessed body... but it does have her deeply in a bind, and her necromancy is clearly weakened here.
Thankfully, she still has the half-formed chrysalis to work with. The dare in the creature's hesitation only serves to piss her off more, and with a snarl she converts it into a spear, driving it (hopefully) right through the beast's neck and up into its head.
