Dennis jerks, stiffening horrifically under Jamison's hands, his voice stuttering as the cords pull taught in his neck and a vein in his forehead juts. His reddened face turns up and he sucks in as much of a breath as he can manage. His body rigid, he can't necessarily tell Jamison not to touch him, or to let anyone else touch him. The longer he's left alone, though, the more he'd be able to recover, until he's laying slack on the ground, shivering but no longer actively seizing.
His head throbs as he stares dimly at the lake, trying to figure out exactly what had just happened to him. It's hazy at best, and he'd have to unpack that on his own, too.
"Don'touchme," he slurs, and only just has enough energy and presence of mind to wipe his mouth as he pushes himself up on trembling arms to try and gather himself at least enough to not keep freaking out the man with the explosives.
