It's Leon's intention to stay alert and attentive as Drelasa begins to hum, especially once the instrumental accompaniment from seemingly nowhere kicks in. He wants to see if he can remember the melody, not under any impression that he could cast tonal magic himself with no practice, but just out of pure curiosity.
That proves much harder than he'd expected, though, and his mind fogs with what he can only describe as a pleasant brightness - like falling asleep in a sunny patch of grass in the park when he was a kid, before all the worries of the world started stacking up on his shoulders. He barely notices the pleasant heat that's gathered around the wound on his shoulder until after he's mostly come out of it, glancing down and pressing careful fingertips to the bandage.
"Huh," he says. "That's really something. I... thanks for showing me."
If he sounds a little overwhelmed, it's because he is, unable to find the words for it. That was the most at peace he'd felt in a long time, and he's grateful for it.
