There's a skepticism in Arthur's look, all gruff and unimpressed by this short city boy here to lend a hand. That skepticism tinges with concern at the hand, but he doesn't mention it. Something that bad, and this poor guy's got to know that it is the way it is.

"Arthur Morgan," He greets him with a tip of his hat, and steps off the fence he'd been leaned against. "And a fine mornin' to you."

Well, even if he can't get much help, watching city boys was always worth a good laugh. Sally might give him hell about it later, but he couldn't help but fall back in some of his worse behaviors here and there.
