Bafflement wavers off of her like heatwaves off pavement, but Bronwyn seems confident. Setting their hands on her shoulders, they press their thumbs deeply into a point on either side of her neck, right at the juncture of neck and shoulder, and make small circling motions.

Then, after about thirty seconds of this, they do the same to two similar spots right where the base of her skull becomes the top of her neck, long fingers reaching around to press into spots at the inner corner of each eyebrow as well.
